All Harmony Development Center service staff are Masters level clinicians supervised by licensed staff in consultation with a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP).

This program will assist the child and caregivers with the many needs and challenges that they are presented with. The Program provides the following Home-Based and Community-Based services to Kinship families that reside In Broward County.
